Responsibilities
- Involved in high-level company initiatives and vision planning alongside the Executive team to support business development activities.
- Support special projects that require research, analysis, and report writing to help facilitate desired outcomes.
- Keeping the Executive's calendar up to date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
- Develop & maintain a filing system, perform duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
- Managing confidential information, including Executive files and financials
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Support various business functions as required
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience handling confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Proven ability to manage executive calendars, coordinate communications, and prepare reports or presentations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and supporting cross-functional teams.
