We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team at our Kenaston location. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of the medical office by providing administrative support and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
  • Maintain electronic medical records accurately and confidentially
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the medical staff

Skills:

  • Experience with phone systems and handling patient inquiries
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, Specifically Accuro EMR
  • Previous work in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
  • Strong administrative skills for office management tasks
  • Front desk reception experience is a plus
