The Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety provides supervision and rehabilitation services for adult and young offenders, promotes appropriate and effective policing, and supports community and public safety services throughout Saskatchewan.

The Ministry is responsible for overseeing Saskatchewan's correctional system and facilities, protection of people, natural resources and infrastructure within the province of Saskatchewan. The Ministry's goal is to create and maintain safe and secure communities in Saskatchewan. Public safety is of the utmost importance, and the Ministry is committed to providing targeted prevention, intervention, and suppression initiatives. The Ministry strives to collaborate and work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure community safety.

We are seeking a skilled, service-oriented and proactive professional to join the Central Services branch as an Infrastructure and Support Services Analyst.

As the Infrastructure and Support Services Analyst, you will oversee all aspects of our office spaces, from initial allocation to full-scale renovations. You will be the key point of contact for various branches, expertly balancing their unique needs with budget constraints, safety standards, and available resources.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically managing office space by overseeing allocation and planning renovations.
  • Projects based on operational needs and budget.
  • Consulting with stakeholders to understand their requirements and optimize space utilization.
  • Consulting with contractors and trades personnel to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Ensuring all office furniture and accommodations meet ergonomic and safety standards.
  • Providing support for the Ministry's vehicle inventory and SaskTel service inquiries.
  • Administering the Ministry's Parking Club, including training staff on procedures and handling payments.
