Title: Network Support analyst

Location: 100% On-site in Regina, Saskatchewan

Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM

19 Month Contract

Pay: $60 - $70/ hour

Position Description

We are hiring for multiple experienced Network Support Analyst to work on-site in our Regina, Saskatchewan offices. This position will contribute to implementation and integration of new systems. Required

  • You must currently live in or within 30 minutes of Regina, Saskatchewan
  • You must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Cisco Certifications or equivalent (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
  • Certifications in other technology infrastructure pillars are desirable (Server, Storage, Database,
  • Virtualization, Windows, Linux, etc.)

Mandatory Experience

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and operating enterprise data center networks
  • Demonstrated experience with implementing and operating firewalls.
  • Demonstrated experience with network troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of data center network systems and technologies.

Desired Experience

  • Experience working with diverse vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Arista, others)
  • Experience working with infrastructure management platforms (e.g. Solarwinds, Nagios, Splunk etc.)
  • Experience with automation technology (e.g. Python, Ansible, Powershell, etc)
  • Experience implementing adjacent infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, databases, virtualization, etc.)

Deliverables

  • Developing technical specifications (e.g., cable schedules, topologies, service diagrams, device configurations)
  • Implementation guides and MOPs
  • Operational processes and procedures
  • System integration and commissioning
