What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Desk Manager in an automotive dealership.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent deal-structuring ability and sound judgment.
  • A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional dealership experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
