This is your opportunity to work with a well-established company where performance is rewarded, autonomy is respected, and long-term success is a shared mission.Your RoleSpearhead sales efforts across large-scale commercial flooring projectsBuild, grow and manage relationships with general contractors, consultants, and property managersOversee estimating and proposals from drawings/specs using tools like PlanSwiftLead end-to-end project delivery: procurement, project oversight, scheduling, and closeoutMonitor project performance with a focus on margin, efficiency, and client satisfactionIdentify growth opportunities within your accountsWho You AreA construction industry professional with proven experience in commercial construction sales, estimating and project managementAdept at interpreting architectural drawings and specificationsStrongly preferred: Background in flooring with estimating software experience (PlanSwift etc.)Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approachExperienced in managing multiple active projects simultaneouslyComfortable working independently with a strong sense of accountabilityBachelor's degree preferredAccess to a reliable vehicle requiredWhat We OfferBase Salary: $45k/yearUncapped commission and profit-sharing structure: $80K-$150K+ for top earnersComprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, life, disabilitySchedule: Monday to Friday, with hybrid flexibilityAutonomy & Impact: Run your portfolio like a business within the businessReady to lead projects, drive revenue, and build lasting client partnerships?We'd like to hear from you.
