Commercial Floor Covering contractor looking for a full-time Sales/Project Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Drive sales by promoting our solutions within your assigned territory.
Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Prepare estimates and proposals using construction drawings and specs (e.g., PlanSwift, Excel).
Oversee projects, coordinating suppliers, installers, and schedules.
Manage budgets and timelines, thriving under tight deadlines.
What We Offer:
Base salary: $45,000/year, plus commission/profit sharing (top performers earn $80,000–$150,000+ annually, but the potential is unlimited ).

Flexibility: Monday–Friday, with occasional work-from-home options.

What You Bring :
Experience in sales & construction, with the ability to read blueprints and specs. (Mandatory)
Daily access to a reliable vehicle for site visits.
Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently.
Strongly preferred: Flooring or interior finishes experience; sales, negotiation, or closing skills; Bachelor’s degree.
Strongly preferred: Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
