A day in the life:

  • Grow our digital footprint
    — build and execute campaigns that expand reach and awareness using AI tools, SEO, performance ads, influencer partnerships, and automation.
  • Leverage AI for smarter marketing
    — integrate tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, Midjourney, and Blaze to create and optimize content, ads, and workflows.
  • Lead performance marketing
    — manage Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and influencer collaborations to maximize ROI and visibility.
  • Automate engagement
    — develop AI-driven funnels, chatbots, and lead-nurture systems to turn awareness into action.
  • Optimize eCommerce
    — partner with UX/web teams to enhance conversion across our site, Amazon, and Shopify.
  • Direct creativity
    — brief designers and content creators on data-backed, high-impact ideas.
  • Simplify analytics
    — design dashboards that clearly show performance across awareness → engagement → conversion.
  • Innovate constantly
    — test viral ideas, user-generated content, partnerships, and new audience tactics to stay ahead of the curve.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    digital marketing or growth marketing
    , ideally in
    eCommerce, telecom, or tech
    .
  • Proven ability to use
    AI and automation tools
    for content creation, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and analytics platforms
    .
  • Experience managing and scaling
    eCommerce campaigns
    (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or Magento).
  • Data-driven mindset — you translate insights into action.
  • Strong communication and creative direction skills — you can craft stories that sell.
