Real Estate Tasks:

· Opening files and gathering client information

· Coordinating with Brokers, Real estate agents, other lawyers

· Ordering strata forms and mortgage payouts

· Conducting land title searches and tax certificates

· Performing due diligence searches

· Distribution of faxes

· Help with bank runs when needed

· Assisting the conveyancers where necessary

· Joining meetings and participating in process improvements of the team

· Training with senior client service coordinators and conveyancers to learn more complex aspects of real estate

· Familiarity with Soluno, BConline or LTSA is also beneficial

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

· Timely, proactive, and detail oriented

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

· Strong written and verbal communication

· Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative

· Ability to manage stress with a positive attitude
