We are looking for someone with a good blend of business consulting skills and a data analytics background. If you are passionate about working on unstructured business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
  • Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value.
  • Part of an extended part of the client's D&A team and/or the Global RGM team.
  • Engages actively with the market SRM team to identify and prioritize business needs. 
  • Stakeholder management is a key requirement.
  • Understanding relevant data sources and business KPIs for revenue management use cases to help assess feasibility analysis.
  • Responsible for managing analytics projects, and collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger's team situated globally.
  • Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and developing plans to help operationalize the analytics solution.
  • Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems in the Retail/CPG space will be a plus.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in analytics consulting.
  • At least 4-6 years of recent experience in the CPG domain required.
  • Must have strong SQL with Deck-Building experience. Experience in BI tools is a plus
  • Should have some product management experience (epics, stories, user engagement, prioritization etc.)
  • Should have a good understanding of SRM/RGM, i.e. Price, Promo, Trade Terms, and associated business use cases.  Some industry experience will be valuable
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client's team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
  • Strong project and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
