We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Account Manager - Amazon to join our team at Knix. As an Sr. Account Manager - Amazon, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and optimizing our presence on the Amazon platform. You will be responsible for managing and growing our direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand's presence on Amazon, leveraging your expertise in eCommerce, marketing, and sales to maximize results.

- Amazon Account Management: Take ownership of our brand's Amazon presence and ensure the account is effectively managed to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Sales and Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth on the Amazon platform.
- Product Listing and Optimization: Create compelling product listings that highlight key features and benefits, optimize content, keywords, and imagery to maximize visibility and improve search rankings.
- Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute Amazon-focused advertising both within and outside the platform (e.g., Google-to-Amazon) campaigns, including sponsored ads, display ads, and promotions, to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and generate sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track sell-through rates, and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize analytics tools and reports to monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing (brand & digital), sales, planning, operations, finance, customer experience, and our sister brand Kt by Knix to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience on Amazon.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Amazon Best Practices: Keep abreast of the latest Amazon trends, policies, and best practices, and proactively implement changes and updates to optimize our Amazon presence.
- Customer Service and Reviews Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and brand reputation on the Amazon platform.
- Partner/Agency Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners or agencies specializing in Amazon channel management to develop and execute joint strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
- Contract Negotiations: Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with partner agencies, ensuring clear expectations, deliverables, and performance targets are established.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure partner/agency compliance with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Proven experience as an Amazon Channel Manager or similar role, driving revenue growth on the Amazon platform
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales principlesIn-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes and tools
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA), Helium 10, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP (Demand-Side Platform)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
