Gary Moe Lethbridge Dodge is looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales operations. What You'll Do:
- Manage all online inquiries through website leads, social media, and third-party platforms
- Respond to customers quickly, professionally, and with enthusiasm
- Oversee digital sales processes and ensure every customer gets a top-tier online experience
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and support in-store conversions
- Track and analyze lead performance, response times, and closing ratios
- Develop and improve internet sales strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize online ads, promotions, and vehicle listings
- Ensure pricing, photos, and vehicle information online are always accurate and up to date
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the digital sales team
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dealership experience (Internet Sales or BDC experience preferred)
