Sales Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in managing daily sales operations and achieving sales targets.
- Supervise and train sales staff to enhance their performance and customer engagement skills.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Support budgeting efforts by analyzing sales data and contributing to financial planning.
- Foster a positive shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service and addressing any customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Maintain an organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and inventory is managed efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate with vendors as needed to secure favorable terms for products or services.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail management or sales management is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in cashiering processes.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis is an asset.
Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
