We're looking for a driven and motivated Internet Sales Manager to join our team and help lead our digital sales efforts.
Position Overview:
The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all inbound internet leads, online sales processes, and digital customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle while building strong relationships online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all internet leads in a timely, professional manner
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize online sales opportunities
- Maintain high closing ratios and customer satisfaction scores
- Work closely with the sales team to transition online customers into showroom appointments
- Monitor digital marketing campaigns and online inventory listings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for internet sales processes
- Report on internet sales performance and KPIs to management
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Proven track record in internet or BDC sales management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM and digital marketing knowledge
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
