As an Artigiano Shift Leader, you will not only provide world-class hospitality and excellent customer service but also take on leadership responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and team members alike. We're looking for someone who is interested in building long-lasting connections with our community, and who thrives on forming regular and special relationships with our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service while taking orders, preparing/serving food, and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Lead shifts with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and community engagement
  • Support and train staff to ensure consistency and quality service
  • Assist with inventory and stock management
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Prior server or leadership experience in a restaurant/café setting
  • Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet 8 hrs a day
  • Passion for building relationships with guests and growing a local business
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience:

  • Serving: 1 year (preferred)
  • Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
