When it all started, Thai Affair Rolled Gelato was raised by the love and support of the community. That is why, from the beginning, our aim was not only to make delicious, handcrafted gelato, but also to cultivate a sense of connection among the people around us. We believe in kindness and spreading positive energy, and we are dedicated to making every one of our customer's experiences memorable.

Currently, we are looking for new members to join the Thai Affair family - people who embody our values, enable a sense of belonging among their peers, and who are eager to deliver exceptional customer experiences from our beachfront ice cream trailer in White Rock.

**What will you be doing as a Gelato Roller?**
- Handcrafting rolled gelato while delivering genuine customer experiences
- Working both individually and in a dynamic team with fellow coworkers
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Performing regular inventory counts
- Handling cash/card transactions and closing the store at the end of each shift

**What will you be doing as a Shift Leader?**
- Getting trained by fellow Shift Leaders to lead the team
- Training and coaching new coworkers
- Communicating and giving/taking feedback on a regular basis
- Making decisions whenever needed
- Filling in for coworkers if an emergency arises**Is this job for you?**
