**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food service industry, and the ability to manage cash handling and meal preparation efficiently.

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and accurate transaction processing.
- Assist with meal preparation and food handling in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment, including dining areas and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve overall service quality.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering or POS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to help guests effectively.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling standards is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
