**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Membership Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through effective sales and marketing strategies with exceptional customer service. You will engage with potential members, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong background in customer engagement.
**Duties**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective members to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive membership engagement.
- Participate in networking events and community outreach initiatives to promote membership opportunities.
- Negotiate membership terms and conditions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with prospects.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in membership or subscription-based environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales processes.
- Experience in sales or outside B2B sales is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing member satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
