What we're hiring for
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Food Manager to help strengthen our and lead our kitchen team. Food Manager are responsible for preparing and executing food and wholesale operation as directed by managers to best serve our guests. Successful team members uphold a culture of professionalism, exceptional culinary execution & collaborative team culture. Key performance indicators also include strong dedication to collective efficiency, sense of urgency, devotion to culinary development & pursuit of excellence. This role also requires a commitment to actively create a safe and equitable space for all races, religions, cultures, sexual orientations and gender identities. Some of your tasks:
- Working in service alongside your team, building relationships with the community and one another
- Operating under restaurant procedures and protocols, including documentation
- In charge of inventories, pars and ordering
- Work well and understand the vision of the leadership group
- Support, grow and help each person on the team
- Be ready to respond to emergencies, shift coverages or other issues.
Requirements
- Experience is considered
- Culinary education is considered
- Collaboration, work ethic & enthusiasm are essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50lbs
- Food handling certification & Pro serve are suggested for all applicants
Schedule, Perks and Compensation

- 40 hour work weeks though some overtime may be requested in special circumstances
