Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Concord, ON. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, and ensure efficient workflow to meet company goals. The individual will lead and support the production team, monitor employee performance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and facilitate clear communication between team members and departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage a production team effectively
  • Experience in Production Planning and developing Production Schedules to meet operational objectives
  • Proficiency in Production Management, including resource allocation and optimizing efficiency
  • Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration between team members and departments
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Concord, ON
  • Relevant certifications or post-secondary education in manufacturing, engineering, or related fields is considered an asset
