Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baker to join our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and a passion for food preparation, ensuring that our bakery consistently delivers high-quality products while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Initiate daily bakery operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to meet production demands.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as the kitchen/market teams to ensure seamless operations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation within a bakery setting is essential.
  • Prior leadership experience in team management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for managing sales transactions efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • A passion for baking and knowledge of current trends in the food industry will be advantageous.
