Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Expert with over three years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HubSpot platform management, automation, and integration, enabling us to optimize our marketing and sales processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills to drive impactful campaigns and improve overall operational efficiency. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about leveraging HubSpot tools to achieve business objectives.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage complex workflows and automation within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales processes
  • Customize and optimize HubSpot dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership
  • Manage contact segmentation, list management, and data hygiene to ensure accurate targeting and reporting
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and platforms to enhance functionality and data flow
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on HubSpot features and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align platform capabilities with organizational goals
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements for ongoing platform optimization

Experience

  • Minimum of three years of hands-on experience working extensively with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Proven track record of designing and executing complex automation workflows in HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, lead nurturing strategies, and sales enablement within HubSpot
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with other CRM systems, email platforms, or analytics tools is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data reports and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Prior experience providing training or technical support related to HubSpot is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
