This position is critical as your main priorities are monitoring numerous systems including fire and life safety, access control and CCTV. This role will also assist in the tracking and deployment of security staff and handle a variety of dispatch duties including incident call taking. You will also be speaking directly with Paladin' clients and trouble shooting issues and providing excellent customer service.

Shift Times: Monday to Friday - 4:00PM to 12:00AM
Pay Rate: $19.23/hour


Job Description:

Ensure that all Operational Calls/Email – both Inbound and Outbound are responded to and processed according to Paladin Security Policy and Procedure.  Monitor and generate team reports such as OSL (Open Shift Lists) and communicate them to internal management groups in a timely manner.  Support and assist Field Staffs' requests such as booking off from assigned shifts, emergency calls, schedule updates, shift change/giveaway and other needs by adhering to company policy. Responsible for redirecting incoming calls or escalating them to respective supervisors/managers if required.  Perform various administrative duties on a routine basis, such as Open Shift Tags, Field Staff safety ins, daily update reports, and auditing inbound/outbound emails.  Perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisors and managers. 

Requirements:

• Security experience an considered an asset but not a requirement

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
