The Opportunity 

Thinkingbox is in search of a Senior Integrated Producer to design, plan, organize, and execute integrated marketing projects and production. We're looking for a pro with at least four years of hands-on experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across web platform design and development, animation, and content production.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience producing complex web-based campaigns and enterprise-level websites, including work involving CMS, APIs, and a strong understanding of web UI/UX. You are extremely detail-oriented, strategically minded, and adept at analyzing opportunities, foreseeing challenges, and handling multiple projects concurrently.

• Drive digital, animation, and content projects from initial concept to delivery across multiple platforms
• Apply creative and strategic thinking to projects in collaboration with your team
• Develop, document and manage project parameters including scope, schedule, budgets
• Manage, motivate, and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders including teams of creatives, developers, vendors, suppliers and contractors
• Proactively communicate with clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges, solutions and closely manage expectations
• Monitor budgets, establish project plans and processes to avoid scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues
• Experience scoping projects, productions and activations with $500k+ budgets
• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Manage live projects in the field including logistics, setup, trouble-shooting, problem solving
• Constantly identify project risks, requirements, and opportunities
• Work collaboratively with other producers and support the MD/EP in various administrative tasks as needed

• Min. 4 years of industry experience in a producer role working on web and animation projects
• Excellent project management skills 
• Proven experience producing complex web-based campaigns or enterprise-level websites, including projects involving CMS, APIs, and a solid understanding of web UI/UX.
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with agency producers and client direct
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience managing multiple people and projects in person and remotely is a must
• An understanding of web production design and development process 
• An understanding of the animation process and timeline planning
• Production experience including video production, photoshoots
• Strong understanding of Excel and G-Suite (bidding, scheduling, etc)
• Remote team management with G-Suite
