About the Role:
As a key contributor on the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Process and Analytics team, the individual in this role leverages their diverse SCM experience and well-developed business acumen to enable ever increasing levels of performance within the SCM organization. A relentless pursuit of continuous improvement across all facets of SCM, including Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Receiving, Stores, and Logistics provides an endless pipeline of opportunity to create the future, innovating today for a better tomorrow. Through these efforts, the SCM Business Process Specialist will engage at all levels within the SCM organization, peers on their direct team, and individuals outside of the SCM function to ensure the solutions that are developed and delivered satisfy the ongoing needs of the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete annual Business Process Management System (BPMS) reviews and necessary updatesConduct BPMS process Spot Checks and In-Depth AuditsParticipate in GEMBA and help to develop solutions which address the Root Cause of challengesReview performance data as well as ad-hoc feedback to identify opportunities for improvementLead development of new processes and revisions to existing processes to satisfy changing needs of the businessSimplify processes wherever possible to assist with resource efficiency and process adherenceModel and support process and regulatory complianceContribute to the ideation and development of Data Analytics tools, reports, and dashboardsAssist with introducing process changes and with training of Functional Subject Matter ExpertsRequired Capabilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly energized, self-starting, results oriented problem solverProcess or Technical writing experienceDemonstrated history of applying Leans tools to drive Continuous ImprovementStrong understanding of SCM Business Processes within ISO/AS9100 registered organizationsExperience & Education Requirements:
CSCP Certification or equivalent4-6 years plus of wide-ranging Supply Chain Management experienceUniversity DegreeDiverse ERP system experienceInternal Auditing experiencePresentation creation and delivery to all levels of the organization-
