We're hiring Agriculture Sales Representatives who are passionate about agriculture and ready to build a career in sales. No experience required — just curiosity, work ethic, and the drive to show up and earn trust. You'll receive a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commission, strong benefits, and the independence to build your own territory with the support of a team that has your back.

A Day in the Life

  • You won't be chained to a desk. You'll be:
  • Visiting customers on their yard or in the shop
  • Asking the right questions and offering smart solutions
  • Quoting and closing deals with confidence
  • Coordinating with rentals, service, and parts to deliver the full experience
  • Following up after the sale — because that's when relationships really start
  • You're out there building your territory, your pipeline, and your reputation.
