Location: Toronto, ON (Downtown Core)
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 CAD Annually

Who You Are
You are an experienced hospitality-focused sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven environment. You enjoy building a pipeline, managing your territory, and closing business within the restaurant, café, and hotel space. You are motivated by results, energized by face-to-face selling, and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You are comfortable working independently, adapting to change, and bringing structure to a fast-moving sales environment. You approach every new prospect as an opportunity to build a long-term relationship and represent premium products with professionalism and confidence.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Territory Manager, you will drive B2B sales growth across Toronto's hospitality sector, representing Nespresso Professional, Nunshen Tea, Nayka Water, and related services.
You will:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue and performance goals.
- Present, promote, and sell solutions to restaurants, cafés, and hotels using a consultative approach.
- Manage a portfolio of hospitality accounts, ensuring strong execution and ongoing service excellence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and consistently close new business.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities through structured territory planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitality operators and key decision-makers.
What You'll Bring
- Proven success in B2B sales within hospitality, foodservice, or beverage-related environments.
- Direct experience working with restaurants, cafés, or hotels is strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities in a sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A strong customer-first mindset with commitment to service excellence.
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to pass a background check.
