Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Bodega Ridge, located on Galiano Island, BC. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of Bodega Ridge, Bodega Cove and The Pink Geranium, including managing staff, coordinating events, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the property. Responsibilities also include budgeting, marketing, and fostering positive relationships with clients and vendors.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in hospitality management and event coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial management and budgeting experience
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
