About the Role
Immediate hire. You will manage client communications, schedule sessions, handle bookings, and support studio operations. This is a hybrid role combining phone sales, client relationship management, and hands-on studio work for someone who excels at multitasking and client care.
Work Arrangement: Part-time hybrid position. After training, you can work from home for client calls (quiet space required). Studio presence required on select days for photo selection, product packaging, and general studio duties.

Amanda Dams Photography is a luxury photography studio in Calgary, specializing in maternity, newborn, family, headshots, and branding photography. Our mission is to capture life's most precious moments and help clients feel confident through beautiful, intentional imagery and exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Manage high volume of client communications via phone, text, and email
- Convert inquiries into booked sessions through consultative sales
- Schedule sessions and maintain calendar in 17hats CRM
- Handle objections and guide clients through booking decisions
- Send contracts, collect payments, and confirm session details
- Assist with photo selection sessions in the studio
- Package and prepare products for client delivery
- Support general studio operations and organization
What It Takes
- 2+ years of phone sales or appointment-setting experience with quotas
- Confident, warm phone presence for extended periods
- Comfortable with high sales tickets ($1,500 to $10k+)
- Proven objection-handling and consultative selling skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Fast, accurate data entry and CRM management
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems
- Background in sales
Compensation
- Hourly rate between $20-$25 based on experience
- Performance bonuses for meeting KPIs
- Growth opportunities as the business expands
Not a Fit If
- You dislike sales or feel uncomfortable selling on the phone
- You struggle with managing energy throughout the day
- You're seeking a photographer role (this is not a photography position)
- You cannot commit to required studio days
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
