Our studio includes over 400,000 square feet of world class stage and support space providing top-tier services and facilities for professionals and creatives alike. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the seamless execution of our projects.

As the Studio Manager, you will be the backbone of our studio's operations, responsible for managing resources, scheduling, client relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all studio activities. This role requires a balance of creative insight and business acumen, along with exceptional leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage studio schedules, including bookings, client appointments, and project timelines.
- Maintain and manage studio facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
- Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Supervise and support studio staff, freelancers, and contractors.
- Handle client relations, including inquiries, bookings, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Manage studio budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote studio services and attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the studio.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, studio management systems).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in Film and Television is a plus, but not necessary.
