Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Sanitize Properties: Perform thorough cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, adhering to strict standards.
  • Stock Supplies: Replenish essential items such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials, following inventory guidelines.
  • Follow Checklists and Systems: Use our app to manage cleaning schedules, record your progress, and communicate updates.
  • Report Issues: Identify and report maintenance needs or damages to the management team promptly.
What's Considered a Plus
  • Previous experience in short-term rental cleaning or hospitality cleaning.
  • Familiarity with using cleaning checklists or property management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, especially during peak seasons.
  • Experience handling linens, including washing, folding, and organizing.

Compensation Structure

  • Contract Type: We offer full-time contract for summer ( May - September ) as well as project based rate year-round.
