About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business and build lasting relationships with CPG brands, manufacturers, co-packers, designers, and marketing companies.

This is a hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and knows how to generate new opportunities and close leads.

What You'll Do

-Prospect new business (cold outreach, events, referrals, social selling)

-Educate prospects on our unique capabilities

-Run discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals

-Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding

-Maintain CRM accuracy and meet sales goals

You'll Excel If You:

  • Have 3+ years in B2B sales (packaging, printing, or any CPG is a plus)
  • Are self-motivated and results-driven
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Are energized by growth, flexibility, and ownership

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
