Darvin Packaging Ltd., located in Richmond, BC, is a fast-growing industrial packaging supply company.

Our core products include corrugated boxes, packaging tape, stretch film, industrial consumables, and food packaging supplies.

With continued business growth, we are now hiring 5 Business Development Managers.

【Job Responsibilities】

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers;
  • Promote and sell the company's packaging consumables, including corrugated boxes, packaging tape, films, bubble mailers, and related products;
  • Provide customized packaging solutions based on customer needs;
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive customer development and relationship management;
  • Prepare quotations, participate in price negotiations, and coordinate orders with the procurement and logistics teams;
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

【Job Requirements】

  • Prior sales experience is preferred; candidates without experience are welcome and training will be provided;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin considered an asset;
  • Highly goal-oriented with strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently;
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
