Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Monitor food stock and supplies, assist with inventory management and minimize waste.
• Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Kitchen Experience: 1-2+ years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Passion for Cooking: You love working in the kitchen and are excited to create consistently great dishes.
• Strong Attention to Detail: You take pride in presentation and ensuring each plate meets quality standards.
• Team-Oriented: You work well with others and are always ready to support your teammates when needed.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
