We're on the hunt for energetic, detail-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in crafting delicious, memorable meals for every guest. This isn't just about flipping burgers or plating fries - it's about being part of a bold new vision for food and hospitality in our vibrant park setting.

As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, speed, and flair. Whether you're prepping ingredients, working the grill, or plating with precision, your work helps set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. You'll be part of a team that values safety, cleanliness, and a commitment to excellence in every bite.

* Please note that this is a seasonal position, possibly leading to a permanent role. The ideal candidate must have flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, etc.). *

Responsibilities:

· Daily preparation of food items in all areas of the kitchen in accordance with established food safety protocols.

· Create dishes according to established recipes, portioning parameters, and presentation standards.

· Clean and sanitize work areas in accordance with established cleanliness and sanitization protocols. This includes dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, and other tasks as required.

· Additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager.

Please note that a valid Food Safe certificate is required and must be obtained upon hire.
