Skills

  • Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on cooking and meal preparation
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of fine dining techniques
  • Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus
  • Proficiency in food handling practices and food safety regulations
  • Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, especially in catering settings
