What you'll do
- Install and replace auto glass, including windshields and side windows, with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess glass damage and determine repair or replacement needs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and addressing any customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with vehicle detailing and assembly tasks as needed to enhance overall service offerings.
Basic qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in a dealership environment.
- Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) technology.
- Skills in window tinting, auto body repair, and auto estimating are highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations.
