Responsibilities

- Assess vehicle damage/work orders and determine the necessary repairs.

- Perform bodywork repairs including body repairs and panel replacement.

- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer as needed.

- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to industry standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician.

- Proficient in using body repair tools and equipment.

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and materials.

- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license; additional certifications in auto body repair are a plus.

- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the day.
