Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase features and benefits
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Fluency in additional languages is ideal
Strong negotiation skills to close sales deals effectively
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
