Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in high-end sales, manage a robust sales pipeline, and contribute to the growth of our dealership through effective marketing and sales strategies. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for building lasting customer relationships, supporting sales support activities, and upselling premium vehicles to meet individual and dealership sales goals.

Duties

  • Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including B2B sales and retail interactions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicle options, emphasizing high-end models when appropriate.
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to maximize customer satisfaction while meeting dealership targets.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new vehicle launches to attract prospective buyers.
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to follow up with leads and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing dealership market share.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, test drives, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or complex deals.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual in Chinese, are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Experience with sales management tools and marketing strategies is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills paired with effective communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential.

Pay: $54,170.44-$183,982.04 per year
