Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional support through various communication channels. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with office software, and a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive customer experience.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Support administrative functions such as appointment scheduling, calendar management
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries efficiently
- Assist with bookkeeping and billing processes when necessary
- Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, and maintaining records with high accuracy
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- Experience in Mitchell, E glass, the collision industry preferred
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Experience working at a front desk or handling multi-line phone systems preferred
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
