As the first point of contact in the stores, the customer experience representative creates the first impression that customers and visitors will have when the call or walk in to our shop. This person is responsible for creating an environment that promotes friendliness, and a high level of service.

As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the store, and keeping paperwork up to date. You will be responsible for assisting the store managers and techs with keeping performance and productivity within the store at an exemplary level. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
  • Provide product knowledge for Line-X coatings, Rust Check services, and truck accessories.
  • Answer questions on pricing, warranties, installation times, and service options.
  • Create and process sales orders, invoices, and work orders accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and keep an organized production calendar
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and provide repeat-service reminders.
  • Manage customer records and documentation.
  • Handle accounts receivable, take payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Track inventory levels and place orders for accessories, supplies
  • Coordinate deliveries and receiving of parts.
  • Assist with warranty claims and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service
  • Comfortable working on the computer in numerous programs
  • Comfortable working on the phones
  • Class 5 Drivers license
  • Highly organized
  • Detail orientated
