Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in lash extensions and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a lash artist, you will be responsible for enhancing our clients beauty through proper application while also contributing to the overall customer experience in our salon.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality lash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
  • Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired look and recommend appropriate styles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care.
  • Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
  • Open to training for additional services like teeth whitening, tooth gems, lash lifts & waxing.

Experience

  • Lash Certification required in training of Classic & Volume lashes but open to training & certifying the right candidate,
  • Background in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong front desk experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client interaction.
  • Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  • A passion for beauty and aesthetics, with a desire to continually improve skills within the industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.74-$32.77 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
