**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Lash Technician to join our team As a Lash Technician at Glisten Glow Aesthetics, you will be responsible for delivering flawless lash extensions and creating a relaxing and positive experience for our clients. If you are experienced, client-focused, and looking to grow in the beauty industry, we’d love to meet you

**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Educate clients on aftercare for their eyelash extensions to ensure longevity and satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
- Provide high-quality lash extension services including full sets, fills, and removals
- Customize lash styles to suit the client’s individual eye shape and preferences
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to provide the best service to clients
- Build strong client relationships to foster repeat business
- Promote aftercare products and services to enhance the client experience
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest level of professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of eyelash extension techniques and products.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with a focus on upselling services and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required based on state regulations.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for beauty are essential for success in this role.
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (required)
- Proven experience as a Lash Technician (1-2 years Required)
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful results
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, professional attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (if needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $22.98-$25.51 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

- Eyelash Technician: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Eyelash Technician Certification (Canadian Based) (required)
- Esthetician Certification (Canadian Based) (required)
