Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through eyelash extensions and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional, friendly environment where creativity and attention to detail are valued. The Eyelash Specialist will be responsible for performing eyelash extension services, assisting clients with their beauty needs, and contributing to the overall client experience.

Duties

  • Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients
  • Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work area in accordance with health standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns
  • Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and payments
  • Upsell additional beauty services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
  • Build strong relationships with clients through personalized care and professional communication
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends

Skills

  • Proven experience with eyelash extensions application is required
  • Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied
  • Experience working at the front desk, managing appointments, and handling payments
  • Outstanding communication skills to clearly explain procedures and recommendations
  • Attention to detail to ensure precise application and high-quality results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
