This is an ideal setup for **licensed Lash Technicians, Sugarists, or Aestheticians** who want to work independently while benefiting from our strong reputation and ongoing marketing support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate independently while maintaining professional standards of cleanliness, client care, and service quality.
- Manage your own appointments, bookings, and payments.
- Provide expert beauty services such as lash extensions, sugaring, facials, waxing, or related treatments (depending on specialty).
- Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment room.
- Collaborate respectfully with other professionals in the space.
- Adhere to all local health and safety regulations.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Must be a certified and licensed beauty professional (e.g., Esthetician, Lash Technician, Sugarist, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in your area of expertise preferred.
- Self-motivated and business-minded with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to provide and maintain your own tools, products, and insurance.
