Community is looking for a Account Coordinator – Integrated Marketing to join our creative family
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Coordinator to join our integrated marketing team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and management of client projects across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role provides an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and providing timely updates on project status, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social, print, broadcast, etc.).
- Project Management: Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Track timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, digital and social teams to ensure all elements of a campaign are aligned and integrated effectively.
- Reporting & Analysis: Assist with the tracking and reporting of campaign performance metrics and results. Help analyze data to provide actionable insights for clients and improve future campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Prepare and manage client-facing materials, including presentations, reports, and status updates. Support financial tracking and billing processes.
- Market Research: Assist with competitive analysis and market research to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for clients.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including digital and traditional media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
