Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative Position will be responsible for creating, developing and driving sales in line with the Companies Profitable Sales Growth objectives.
In addition to serving as a business development partner, candidate will build customer relationships, handle customer complaints and inquiries, and effectively communicate with all appropriate internal departments/personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify and sell new customers
- Introduce and sell product innovation to current customers
- Introduce and sell product categories to current customers who purchase elsewhere
- Replace competitive products of non-preferred vendors with preferred vendor products
Upsell current customers to new or replacement products available
Educate and communicate with customers about upcoming promotions, specials and new items
- Communicate to purchasing department increases or decreases in demand for products
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement and manage pricing strategies within all accounts
- Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basis
- Communicate and collaborate in a productive manner with all departments
- Utilize all appropriate Selling techniques and methodologies
- Implement new services that help improve our customers business: i.e. move customers from phone orders to E-Commerce
Requirements:
- Effectively deliver both verbal and written communication unscripted
- Complete CRM responsibilities without losing focus on your main objective which is selling
- Possess strong selling skills
Help support and supplement a positive customer experience with strong organizational skills
Proven track record with a minimum 2 years of telephone selling experience; preferably in at least one of the following markets: Cleaning and Hygiene, Industrial Sales, Health Care, Food Service
- Required to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers and outside customers
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel required

Le Poste de représentant aux ventes internes sera chargé de créer, développer et stimuler les ventes conformément aux objectifs d'accroissement rentable des ventes de l'entreprise.
En plus de jouer le rôle d'associé de développement de l'entreprise, le candidat devra établir des relations avec les clients, traiter les réclamations et les requêtes des clients et communiquer efficacement avec tous les services/personnels internes concernés.
Responsabilités :
- Prospecter, évaluer et vendre de nouveaux clients
- Présenter et vendre des produits innovants aux clients actuels
- Présenter et vendre des catégories de produits aux clients actuels qui achètent ailleurs
- Remplacer les produits concurrents des fournisseurs non préférés par des produits des fournisseurs préférés
- Inciter les clients actuels à acheter des nouveaux produits ou des produits de remplacements disponibles ou de substitution
- Informer et communiquer avec les clients sur les promotions à venir, les offres spéciales et les nouveaux articles
- Communiquer au service des achats les augmentations ou les diminutions de la demande de produits
- Apporter un service à la clientèle exceptionnel pour établir des relations et garantir la satisfaction des clients
- Mettre en œuvre et gérer les stratégies de prix pour tous les comptes
- Participer aux réunions commerciales et se réunir régulièrement avec le directeur commercial
- Communiquer et collaborer de manière productive avec tous les services
- Utiliser toutes les techniques et méthodologies de Vente appropriées
- Mettre en œuvre de nouveaux services qui contribuent à améliorer l'activité de nos clients : par exemple, faire passer les clients des commandes par téléphone au commerce électronique (en ligne)
Exigences du poste :
- Communiquer efficacement, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, sans suivre de script
- Assumer toutes les responsabilités CRM sans perdre de vue votre objectif principal, qui est la vente
- Posséder de solides compétences en matière de vente
- Aider à soutenir et à améliorer l'expérience client grâce à de solides compétences organisationnelles
- Expérience avérée d'au moins deux ans dans la vente par téléphone, de préférence sur au moins l'un des marchés suivants : nettoyage et hygiène, vente industrielle, soins de santé, restauration
- Être capable de travailler de manière autonome, avec un minimum de supervision
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et capacité à travailler en équipe avec un groupe diversifié d'employés, de gestionnaires et de clients externes
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de communication orale et écrite
- Maîtrise des produits Microsoft Office tels qu'Outlook, Word et Excel requise
