Is This You?Hands-on problem solver who can spot equipment issues early and take action to keep production on track.Quality champion with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right—every shift, every product.Team collaborator who communicates clearly, supports your crew, and contributes to a positive, safety first environment.What You'll DoOwn the Production ProcessOperate, start up, clean (CIP), and shut down equipment with precision, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards at all timesKeep your station organized and production-ready, following all sanitation and quality protocolsTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate concerns if something impacts productionPackage, palletize, and move finished product according to specification and organizational requirementsSupport Product QualityComplete in-process documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and regulatory complianceConduct quality testing in line with SOPs and escalate deviations promptlyFollow GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards from start to finish—because quality isn't optional hereContribute to Safety and ComplianceChampion a culture of safety by following company policies, wearing PPE, and handling equipment and chemicals responsiblySupport health and safety protocols across all tasks, creating a safe and respectful workplace for everyoneDrive Continuous ImprovementBring your ideas to the table—we're always looking to improve how we workCollaborate with your team and leaders on efficiency, quality, and safety initiativesWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma (required)One year of experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred)Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and quality systems (preferred)Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating production equipment, control screens, pallet jacks, and forkliftsStrong English communication skills (verbal and written)Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (3–4 days per week)Basic computer skills, including Excel and WordWhy Work With Us?
