Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions leveraging platforms such as Pegasystems and other relevant tools.
- Develop and implement system architecture strategies aligned with business needs, including solution architecture and system design.
- Manage system integration using RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture principles.
- Oversee database management and optimization for SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.
- Configure and maintain IT infrastructure components such as RAID controllers, VMware ESXi, Kubernetes clusters, AWS cloud services, Azure environments, and virtualization platforms.
- Implement load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, DNS configurations, DHCP services, and network security protocols to ensure robust system security.
- Automate deployment pipelines utilizing DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages (Python, Bash/Unix Shell scripting), and scripting for system management.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios or similar solutions; troubleshoot issues related to operating systems (Windows/Linux), network connectivity (TCP/IP), and system security.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to support SDLC processes including requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance of CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards by implementing best practices in data protection and access controls.
Experience
- Proven experience in system administration or systems engineering within an enterprise IT environment.
- Strong background in solution architecture with practical knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure; familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi or Hyper-V is preferred.
- Proficiency in database management including SQL Server (T-SQL), PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Knowledge of network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP configuration; understanding of computer networking fundamentals is essential.
- Experience working with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git repositories, scripting languages (Python, Bash), CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes; experience with load balancing solutions is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of operating systems including Windows Server and Linux distributions; knowledge of system management tools is required.
- Background in developing or maintaining CRM systems using Pegasystems or similar platforms; experience integrating APIs via RESTful services is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work effectively within Agile teams following SDLC methodologies.
